This option is available only for non-custom-made items or made to order/cut to order (this option refers to mesh dresses, mesh bodysuits ,rhinestone dress, mesh gloves). 2. Return Timeline:Ensure the return package reaches us in Berlin within four weeks. Consider the delivery time of your local post office or carrier.
3. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot be held liable for delays, missing items, or damage during transit. We do not offer return labels.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized, custom-made,made to order/cut to order or made-to-measure goods, which refer to all leather items from our atelier, including examples such as leather bras and leg garters or lace playsuit. Including here lace bralettes and lace playsuits.
- Leather items in standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) are considered made to order/cut to order ,we are cutting the materials, leather or lace after you place the order on the website, we don't have stock.
- Intimate Nature Products: To safeguard the health of our customers and staff, products that can come in direct contact with the genitals or bodily fluids are non-returnable. These are considered used once they leave our facility. However, in cases of defective or damaged goods, returns are welcome.
- Gift cards.
For custom order items, we offer store credit upon agreed return; refunds are not provided.

- Do not use alternative packaging for returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you return all items during a Free Shipping offer, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

- Final Sales: All sales are final after a 24-hour grace period, during which you can change or cancel your order using our contact form.

- Partial Refunds:Granted in specific situations, such as items not in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error) and returns after 14 days from delivery.

2. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Note: Commissions taken by third-party companies (e.g., PayPal, Visa, Maestro,etc) will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Non-compliant returns will be sent back to you.
