Returns and exchanges


When you received your package you have 10 days to reconsider (available ONLY for non custom-made items, please make sure you check what type of product you are adding to cart).

Of course, we want you to be in love with your lovely order.

If you wish to return any items of your order, then we ask you to follow these steps. In this way, we know that your return is coming and your refund will be processed quicker.

Safe, sound and easy…

Your return needs to be announced, by letting us know in an email within these 10 days and your return package need to be accepted by us in Berlin within four weeks. Please take in consideration how much time it will take for the package to be returned to us. Check your local post office of a carrier for delivery time frames. 

It's your responsibility till it reaches us. 

We can’t be held responsible for any delays, missing items or damage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods that have been customized, custom made or made to measure cannot be returned under this policy as they are not in a saleable condition.

Returns will only be accepted if they are sent in original packaging and in the same condition including the price tags attached to the items.

Don't use any other packaging to return the item(s).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to return all your items during our Free Shipping offer, please be aware we will deduct the original shipping charges of the refund amount.

Additional Return Policy


All sales are final.


All garments are handmade to order and there is a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order (please use the contact form to do so). Once the grace period passes and garment construction begins, all sales are final.

It is encouraged to pay close attention to the size guides, and to write with any questions you may have before placing your order!

That said, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded as well as any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you got them. All exchanges must be made within 4 days of the delivery of your original order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at and you will get instructions on were to send the item.

Items cannot be exchanged if the buyer have chosen the wrong size. Please measure yourself accurately in order to choose the right size.


Refunds and processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
