How To Measure Bra Size
To find your bra size, you'll need a tape measure and your best-fitting bra (preferably an underwire, not a minimizer or sports bra). If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can use a string.
Step 1: Determine Your Band/Torso Size
Wearing your bra, take a snug measurement around your ribcage, directly under your bust and level all around. If you get an odd number, round up to the next even number.
Step 2: Take Your Bust/Breast Measurement
Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number.
Step 3: Calculate Your Cup Size
Minus your band size from your bust size, and use the difference to find your cup size on the bra size chart below:
For example, if you measured yourself and you obtained an 82.5 cm for band size and 90 cm for bust size, your size will be 80A.

Should You Measure Your Own Bra Size?
Measuring your bra size from the comfort of home is a great place to start. Bra size is just that: a start. You wear a different size in every pair of jeans, right? The same goes for bras! Determining bra size is as much an art as it is a science.
