At Amoreze, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted, made-to-order or cut to order pieces. Please review our return and exchange policies below.

Custom-Made Items or handmade to order

Custom-made items or handmade to order, includes lingerie, bralettes,lingerie sets, briefs, leather harnesses, leather bras, leg harnesses, full body leather lingerie, chokers, strappy harnesses are non-returnable and cannot be accepted back due to the customization and made-to-order process (handmade to order, applicable to standard sizes also, eg xs,s,m,l,xl). Please note that we have a 0 stock business model.Than means that after an order is placed, the fabric or leather hide is cut and the item is created based on your chosen size. Additionally, for hygienic reasons, we hope you can understand. We are unable to refund or exchange these items unless they are faulty.

For custom order items,handmade to cut/order we offer store credit upon agreed return; refunds are not provided.


Non-Custom Items

For items not marked as custom-made in the product description, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Return Notification: Notify us within two weeks of receiving your package if you wish to return any non-custom item. Please inform us by email or phone call within this period.
  2. Return Timeline: Ensure the return package reaches us in Berlin within four weeks. Consider the delivery time from your local post office or carrier.
  3. Responsibility: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot be held liable for delays, missing items, or damage during transit.
  4. Original Packaging: Returns will only be accepted if sent in original packaging and in the same condition, including price tags attached. Do not use alternative packaging for returns.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return all items during our Free Shipping offer, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Commissions taken by third-party companies (e.g., PayPal, Visa, Maestro,etc) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Email us or call within two weeks of receiving your package to announce your return.
  2. Ship the Package: Ensure the package is shipped to reach us in Berlin within four weeks. Check your local post office or carrier for delivery timeframes.
  3. Package Safety: Ensure the item is securely packaged. Amoreze is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

Refunds and Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return box.
    • Condition Compliance: If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
    • Confirmation: Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
    • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Third-Party Fees: Commissions taken by third-party companies (e.g., PayPal, Visa) will be deducted from the refund amount.
