Germany delivery:

​Your order will be sent to the address you specified for €5.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.dhl.com
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but your order will be delivered between 8am – 6pm GMT+1 Monday – Friday.
If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address DHL will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After two attempted deliveries, Amoreze Customer Care will contact you directly by e-mail.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All our items are made to order, so please allow 3-10 days for your item to be produced and shipped. If you are in a rush, please let us know BEFORE you purchase this product so that we can let you know the earliest send-out date! (hi@amoreze.com and amoreze.berlin@gmail.com).

Please allow up to 1-2 days for delivery after your order has left our atelier.

Please note we can't hold responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our atelier and is transferred to our carrier.

DHL Express Shipping (3-5 Business Days) – 16 eur

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a confirmation with the tracking information.

Import duties 

All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country.

We are unable to advise on the rates, as they vary according to the country.

PAYMENT

Amoreze official currency is Euro, but we also sell in a number of other currencies. 

We accept Paypal, VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card, and American Express. Our payment system ensures secure transactions. Your card will be charged when your item has been shipped from our atelier, but may vary depending on your credit card provider.

CANCEL A ORDER 

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible by email or phone call.We always want to get our items to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner you are able to let us know the better!

The order has not shipped yet: If you just placed your order, or it looks like your order hasn't shipped yet, please reach out to us right away! We will try our best to intercept your package and cancel for you. If we are able to cancel we will then be able to refund your original form of payment.

The order has shipped: If your order is already in transit to you, please reach out by email or phone. Once you receive the package please send it right back to us, using the same box and address written.
