Germany Delivery
- Shipping Cost: Orders below €200 are shipped for €4.1.
- Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment at [Paketnavigator](https://www.paketnavigator.de/Home.aspx).
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered between 8 am – 6 pm GMT+1, Monday to Saturday. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to accept the parcel, DPD will attempt delivery two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each attempt. After the second failed attempt, Amoreze Customer Care will contact you by email.
- Verification: Before dispatching your order, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer to minimize delays.
Production Time
- Made-to-Order Items, custom order or cut to order: All our items (lingerie, bralettes, and leather items eg bra harnesses, leg garters) are made to order or cut to order. Please allow 3-10 days for production before shipping.
- Rush Orders: If you need your item urgently, please contact us *before* placing your order to confirm the earliest possible dispatch date.
Note: Amoreze is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package leaves our atelier and is transferred to the carrier.

Import Duties
- Shipments outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. You are responsible for any import duties in your country. Rates vary by country, and we are unable to advise on them.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
We understand the importance of your order, especially for special occasions. Our policy accommodates changes within a specific timeframe, keeping in mind that our items are made-to-measure, cut to order and materials cannot be reused once production begins.
- Within 24 Hours:Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
To cancel an order:
- Before Shipment: Contact us immediately via email or phone. If the order hasn’t shipped, we will try to intercept and cancel it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: If the order has shipped, contact us via email or phone. Once you receive the package, return it to us using the same box and address.
Note: Please allow 2-4 days for delivery after your order leaves our atelier.
