Complimentary Shipping

  • Germany: Free shipping on all orders over €200.

Germany Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: Orders under €200 ship for €3.99.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via Paketnavigator.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered between 8 AM – 6 PM (GMT+1), Monday to Saturday. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delivery Attempts: If you’re unavailable, DPD will attempt delivery up to 3 times and leave a card with instructions. After the second failed attempt, Amoreze Customer Care will contact you via email.
  • Verification: To prevent delays, we may need to verify your details with your payment provider before dispatching your order.

Production Time

Since every Amoreze piece is crafted with care, we operate on a made-to-order and cut-to-order basis.

  • Standard Production: Please allow 3-10 days for production before shipping.
  • Rush Orders: Need it fast? Contact us before placing your order to confirm the earliest possible dispatch date.

📌 Please note: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Amoreze is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss during transit.

Worldwide Shipping

  • DHL Express Shipping: Approx. €16.90, with delivery in 3-5 business days.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

📌 Important: Amoreze is not responsible for customs delays, damages, or losses once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival.
  • These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance.

  • Order Cancellation Policy

    We know how important your order is, and because every piece is custom-made, we can only accommodate cancellations within a limited timeframe.

    • Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
    • After Production Begins: Since materials are cut to order and cannot be reused, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
    • After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    How to Cancel an Order

    • Before Shipment: Contact us immediately via email or phone. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund.
    • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may return it after delivery. Use the original packaging and return it to the address provided.
