Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but your order will be delivered between 8am – 6pm GMT+1 Monday – Saturday.
If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address DPD will try to deliver the package 2 more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After two attempted deliveries, Amoreze Customer Care will contact you directly by e-mail.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All our items*(lingerie, bralettes and body harnesses) are made to order, so please allow 3-10 days for your item to be produced and shipped. If you are in a rush, please let us know BEFORE you purchase this product so that we can let you know the earliest send-out date!

Import duties 

All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country.

We are unable to advise on the rates, as they vary according to the country.

​We understand that ordering a lingerie item<made to measure> for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing/lingerie and some accessories (including harnesses) are made-to-measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Please allow up to 1-2 days for delivery after your order has left our atelier.

The order has not shipped yet: If you just placed your order, or it looks like your order hasn't shipped yet, please reach out to us right away! We will try our best to intercept your package and cancel for you. If we are able to cancel we will then be able to refund your original form of payment.

The order has shipped: If your order is already in transit to you, please reach out by email or phone. Once you receive the package please send it right back to us, using the same box and address written.
